Skin Society Medspa & Training Center

Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: August 1, 2026

Welcome to Skin Society Medspa & Training Center (“Skin Society,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, submitting information through our contact form, booking an appointment through Boulevard, purchasing products through our online shop, or receiving services at our location, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

1Description of Services

This website provides information about Skin Society's aesthetic services — including injectables, skin treatments, and provider training — and allows visitors to book consultations and appointments, purchase select retail products, and learn about payment plan options. Clinical treatments described on this website are performed in person, under the oversight of our medical director, and are subject to separate in-office consultation and consent processes described in Section 3.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive aesthetic treatments at Skin Society, or to make a purchase through our online shop, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3Medical Consultations & Informed Consent

Content on this website — including service descriptions, before/after examples, and educational material — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for an in-person consultation with a qualified provider.

Before any injectable, laser, or other clinical treatment, you will be asked to complete a health history intake and sign a treatment-specific informed consent form in person. That consent form, not this website, governs the specific risks, contraindications, and expectations of your treatment. Our providers reserve the right to decline treatment if, in their clinical judgment, a treatment is not appropriate or safe for you.

4Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments are booked through Boulevard, our scheduling platform.

  • Cancellations & rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late cancellations & no-shows: Appointments cancelled with insufficient notice, or missed entirely, may be subject to a cancellation, or no show fee of $75.00, charged to the card on file.
  • Repeated no-shows: We reserve the right to require prepayment, refuse future bookings, or decline service for clients who repeatedly miss appointments without adequate notice.

5Payments, Payment Plans & Shop Purchases

Services

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged. We offer payment plans for certain treatments; specific terms, financing partners, and any applicable interest or fees are disclosed separately at the time you enroll in a payment plan.

Shop / retail products & affiliate partnerships

Skin Society partners with select medical-grade skincare brands — including Hydrinity, Face Reality, Circadia, and Colorescience — and may feature affiliate links to these brands' products on our website. When you purchase through an affiliate link:

  • You are directed to and purchase directly from the brand's own website or retail platform, not from Skin Society
  • Skin Society may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links, at no additional cost to you
  • Order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and refunds are governed entirely by the brand's own policies, not by Skin Society
  • Product recommendations reflect our clinical experience and professional opinion; they are not a guarantee of results for your specific skin condition

Unless otherwise stated, service fees and treatment costs (as distinct from affiliate purchases) are non-refundable once a treatment has been performed.

FTC Disclosure — As required by FTC guidelines, we disclose that Skin Society may earn a commission from purchases made through affiliate links to our partner brands. This disclosure is also displayed directly alongside affiliate links on our Shop page, not only here.

6Provider Training Program

Our Advanced Provider Education / training program is offered to licensed medical professionals and is governed by a separate enrollment agreement, which addresses curriculum, certification, payment, and cancellation terms specific to the training program. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms with respect to training services, the training enrollment agreement controls.

7Website & Contact Form Conduct

By using our contact form or website, you agree that you will not:

  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Upload or transmit spam, unsolicited advertisements, or promotional material
  • Submit content that is defamatory, offensive, or contains malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website or booking system

8Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our business, including:

  • Boulevard — appointment scheduling, client management, and payment processing
  • Squarespace — website hosting
  • Affiliate brand partners — Hydrinity, Face Reality, Circadia, and Colorescience, whose products we link to as an affiliate; purchases through these links are transacted directly with the brand

We do not control these providers' infrastructure, uptime, inventory, or systems, and we are not liable for technical glitches, downtime, shipping delays, or product quality issues caused by third-party platforms or affiliate brand partners, including lost appointment data, payment processing issues, or order fulfillment errors on the brand's own site.

9Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, service descriptions, and code — is the property of Skin Society Medspa and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

10Results & Assumption of Risk

Aesthetic treatment results vary from person to person based on individual anatomy, skin condition, lifestyle, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and images or descriptions on this website are illustrative, not a promise of your results. All aesthetic and medical treatments carry inherent risks, which will be discussed in detail during your in-person consultation and consent process.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skin Society Medspa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, your reliance on website content, scheduling errors, or third-party service failures. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from professional negligence in the provision of clinical treatment, which are governed by applicable New York healthcare liability law and your signed informed consent and treatment records.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skin Society Medspa, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.

13Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
